THEY REALLY ONLY CARE ABOUT LEAVING ON TIME!! Now having said that, and to be fair, actually getting my bi-pap and the help I received with mask fitting was quite good. But after that...Norco employees have been rather useless. Getting set up to order supplies has exposed a massive weakness in Norco's customer service. It seems they don't understand that, though they are in the medical field, they are still a customer service company. I've had the misfortune of talking with them twice after 4:30pm. It doesn't seem to matter what your issues may be, their ONLY interest at that time is leaving by 5:00pm EXACTLY. Today, the lady at the counter literally said "you have about 5 minutes to decide because we leave a 5." This was after 20 minutes of her fumbling about, trying figure out the situation and consistently NOT listening to me. AND it was only 4:47pm. I know because I was so shocked by this statement that I checked my watch. This, for me, shows complete and utter disregard for the customer...the reason her job exists. I know I'm ranting at this point. But today is not the only occasion I've encountered this attitude from a Norco employee. I've filed this complaint with their internal review system as well. If anything comes of that, I'll consider revising or updating this review. But confidence is low, right along with expectations, based on the rote replies to other negative I've seen here.

Deanna and Darlene made sure my family was taken care of when we needed a same day breast pump. My wife had a very strange insurance issue, an absolute anomaly. Rather than making us wait for the resolve from the insurance end, which they were confident would get resolved, they sent me straight home with the Medela breast pump we wanted. Absolutely amazing, wholesome, and professional. Thank you Norco!

Darlene was AMAZING! I came in because I wanted to swap out my mask for my CPAP. She explained everything, had me try it on to make sure it fit, and even supplied me with extras that was covered through my insurance. She was super informative and knew what size mask I needed just by simply looking at me. She is a great employee with a fun personality! She will be my go-to at Norco from here on out. If you need anything or have to pay a visit to Norco, definitely ask for her! Id give 10 stars if i could! Thank you, Darlene!

wow, where should I begin? After I receive my CPAP machine, I went to order some supplies, and that’s when it went south! The first person was downright rude, and did not know what part to order. The second person was also confused. I spoke with the manager who apologized and said she would have it sent out to me, it never came. Then the fourth person I talked to said oh we’re back, logged at the warehouse and it won’t even, come up to be sent out for another 10 days. It’s been over a month! It’s really not fun if I could Go somewhere else I definitely would

I, too give NORCO a five star review! My CPAP class with Tanyah was informative and even entertaining! She used great humor to keep the class fun! Every time I've contacted her about supplies or issues, she's responded in a timely manner. Having been in customer service for 25 years with the airlines, I know a stellar employee when I see one! Tanyah rocks!
